The Brookside Restaurant which is part of the Brookside Resort located in Luray, VA, consists of 11 cabins at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The Brookside Restaurant’s modern menu boasts a huge variety to please many different tastes. There is a large home style buffet bookended with freshly made breads and desserts, as well as an extensive salad bar. They offer a vast array of foods from peanut butter pie, homemade spaghetti, to Virginia ham.
Owner Bob Castle purchased ChefTec in January of 2001. Having been in the restaurant business for 30 years, he found ChefTec to be of great help in tracking and stabilizing costs.
